Puppy contract
Our Puppy Contract and Health Guarantee
Majestic Malamutes
Puppy Purchase/Deposit Agreement
To Hold a Puppy until Puppy Reaches Age Ready for Pickup a deposit is required.
The puppy must be paid for in full six weeks of age unless paying in cash which would be by the time puppy reaches 8 weeks of age on the day of pickup. Deposit price will be forfeited and is NON-REFUNDABLE if you should decide that you no longer want the puppy chosen to put deposit on. By placing a deposit, you agree to pay the balance by the time the puppy reaches 6 or 8 weeks of age depending on your form of payment. The only reason deposit price would be refunded to buyer, would be if the puppy should become too sick to sale or should die. Should this event happen, buyer would have the choice of a monetary refund or choosing another puppy, if one is available. The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the deposit if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy –( i.e. Buyer is found to be a puppy mill, animal abuser, violent person, representative of a Pet Store, representative of a pharmaceutical research laboratory etc.) .
